Muliagatele Puiali’i Sauso’o Tanoai (mai le afioaga Levi, Saliemoa ma Le’auvaa) is a long servant of the Panmure Autalavou. He is also the choir master for two church communities. 2015 has seen him blessed at the opportunity of elected Chairman of Autalavou of Malaeola. In previous years he has also held the role as the Treasurer of Autalavou Aoao. 2014 he was elected Vice President.
This year “It’s an honour and God’s calling to be in this position,”Muliagatele Puiali’i Sauso’o at the February election Fono . Muliagatele Puiali’i also stated “we need the voices of our Youth to be heard.”

Agnes was elected secretary of the Autalavou Aoao in 2016 and has grown up most of her life in the Autalavou in Henderson and Leauva'a.
Agnes' passion is family, culture and youth and over the last several years culture and the catholic faith have been important initiatives for the Youth, this is to ensure that the Youth learn about the culture and the Catholic faith.
"Our Youth are the future of Malaeola, Church and Families, they need to be equipped with skills, guidance and support and that is the role of the Malaeola Youth leadership team and other elected leaders"
Agnes was born and bred in West Auckland, her Father is from Luatuanu'u and her Mother from Leauva'a and is a true BLUES RUGBY fan.

A real focus for 2015 is to strengthen Autalavou individually, and building to work collectively.
Panmure Autalavou held their retreat from Friday till Sunday evening.

In July 2015, a get together of various youth groups with a focus on Religious Vocation was held in Apia Samoa. Youth groups from overseas were invited to participate in this get together from Australia, Tokelau and all of Samoa with Malaeola Youth Group representing New Zealand. The majority of the Malaeola Youth group were able to attend and were accompanied by some of the Executive Leaders and Fr. Michael himself.
Whilst they were there, they had an opportunity to visit the Carmelite Nuns, Moamoa Theological College and various rest-homes. There was also an opportunity to travel out to Lotofaga and neighbouring villages as part of the Aso Tupulaga Samoa Programme. "It was an excellent way to serve with our brothers and sisters", commented one of the youths.
